Virreyes is a private residence of Kababie Arquitectos produced.
It is located in Mexico City, and it has an area covering 9150 square meters.

" The renovation of this residence was a really exciting challenge. The original building has two levels in a game with an angle that places demanded from Kababie architects talent the best to properly resolve the premises in accordance with functions. The residents of the house needed a separate room as an office and for this reason the input in 3-component has been segmented at any location of the residence has to be used a separate entrance.
to clear the angle of the lot, the facade was to be divided into two parts. One side was covered with slate quarry to a contrast of texture and color to the other side that has the garage doors. A modest wooden door, in the exact same tone of the rays of the 1st level, is the entrance to the workplace.
In the residence, the rooms are generous and effective by massive illuminated window to define the whole living area.
