Home Carassale by BAK Architects:

"Costa Esmeralda is a privately held company on the dunes of the coast of Buenos Aires, 390 km (240 miles) from the city of Buenos Aires. This is a new development with a young acacia and pine afforestation with some consolidated forest sector. To intervene

The batch is on the edge of a zone of young vegetation. It is situated between a higher region with a dense plantation on the left side, and a low position in the corresponding seeded with no vegetation and abundant pastures in the region. In particular, the country has some acacias and only 9 young beach Pine mostly clustered near the front line, a particular in the middle and one in the background, so that the project starts with the premise of maintaining all current trees. This was a really special request, as a member of the couple, the contacts, the studio is an architect that still unable to take on the project because of time and distance, turns to colleagues with whom it shares architectural criteria.

In the first interview they say that, although the family of the couple plus 3 small children there is the idea, have numerous locations to sleep because programming them to the House with pals share over longer stays. For the same explanation that had to be dimensioned also generous social situation. Therefore, it is advisable to fix some rooms such as booths, as the residence could not exceed 150 or 160 m2 (1,615 or 1,720 ft 2). The meeting location is to integrate the kitchen and have a fireplace, the crickets have to allow, as is not feasible, to do it outdoors. It should also be an outdoor barbecue, expansion slots and a place to be used as a laundry room and storage for beach equipment.

was also highlighted, which require a connection to have extremely liquid with the outdoors in all rooms. The formalization of the house would have to be strict and very little impact on these rough atmosphere, greatly appreciated by the clientele.

It was decided that the house in the central see of the house - the highest and to integrate with only a single tree resolving him in two perpendicular volumes intersect at different , allow heights following the contours of the amount, the separation at the intersection in a young pine that over time turn into big character.

The first strip is an elongated prism, parallel to the road and open at every major sides creating a semi-covered integrates the grove situated to the front with the rest of the stack. The second, a further elongated prism positioned 3 actions under, around the contour of the lot fit, homes with 4 bedrooms and resolves two clearly differentiated facades: the, is closed western, corresponds to the circulation and shared bathroom, and the eastern, open, with large windows allowing the integration of the 3 bedrooms with the outside. The last bedroom, the master, opens onto the garden with a crucial semi-covered space and a private terrace of the view of the rest of the house protected and overlooking a rugged landscape that no longer distinguish, are regarded as the time when there were no neighbors next to the back of the house.
